Where is my order?

Brunel Engraving maufacture all items to bespoke requirements which may mean your order will pass through a selection of different departments. You will recieve a series of emails keeping you updated with the progression of your order.

If you have selected artwork to approve you will need to approve this before your order can move into production, please click here to follow the artwork approval process. Please be aware, artwork will be sent to you within 2 working days of your order being placed.

If you have already approved or not selected to receive any artwork your order will be placed into production and you will be notified of this action, along with a estimated dispatch date.

Once production has been completed your order will move to our goods outwards department to be securely packed and ready for collection by Parcelforce. You will receive further email correspondence from Brunel Engraving Company confirming dispatch, along with tracking information from Parcelforce.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days from the date of order or artwork approval.
