How do I preview my artwork?

Once your artwork is ready to view, you will be notified by email with instructions on how to view and approve your artwork.

The email will contain a link that will allow you to access your account and take you to the relevant 'My Artwork Proofs' section.

(If you have not recieved your artwork email, you can also access the 'My Artwork Proofs' section by clicking here and selecting the ‘view proofs’ option on the left hand side.)

All available artwork proofs, current & historic will be shown on this page.

To view your proof, please click the navy blue 'Preview' Button against the relevant order number. The preview will open a PDF file within a new tab of your web browser.

To make amendments select the light blue 'Amend' button against the relevant order number. A pop up box will appear asking for your feedback, complete this box and submit your amendments. Your amendments will be recieved by Brunel Engraving and further email notification will be provided when the amendments have been actioned.

To approve your artwork, select the light blue 'Approve' button against the relevant order number. A pop up box will appear asking for any further feedback that you may wish to offer, complete this box if desired and select 'I approve this artwork'. Your approval will be recieved by Brunel Engraving and further email notification will be provided when your order is placed into production.
