My husband absolutely loved this gift! He’s a big whisky fan, so as a Wedding present to him I had two glasses engraved with our initials in the form of a logo my sister had designed for us. We had used this on our wedding invites, so it was really nice being able to use it again & make it really personal by uploading the image rather than just having a message. I know this is another review of Brunel by me, BUT.
I had recently arranged a badminton tournament for 64 players. On the Tuesday evening before the event, I realised I hadn't ordered the trophies .Wednesday morning at 09:00 I went onto the Brunel Website and did a "repeat order" with engraving modifications, and a "fast track" request, really knowing full well, I was too late to get my trophies for the event on Sunday. WELL, how wrong was I. On Thursday afternoon I got an email from Brunel saying that my trophies would be delivered on Friday, and sure enough, they arrived at 2pm Friday afternoon. I presented those trophies on Sunday to the winning teams. I had also received many comments on the quality of the trophies by players and spectators alike. I cannot praise Brunel enough for the way they have looked after me as a customer over many years now. If you need trophies, you really don't need to look anywhere else. Trust these people, I do.

We are a small village Community shop and we ordered 20 Dartington tumblers, engraved for our volunteers 10 years of service awards - and they were absolutely lovely. I was arranging Awards in my fairly new job, so very nervous that I could potentially make a mistake. This caused me to be a bit of a pain to Brunel, in particularly the artwork department (James or Jamie - I believe). He was so patient. In the end, the ceremony went off perfectly and I was so relieved and Brunel's jade glass plaques were stunning and perfectly sandblasted.

I had a small budget and a very short lead time but despite this Brunel managed to produce an outstanding product in a beautiful presentation box, the photos on the website really do not do them justice. It is always a risk when buying online, however this experience was exceeded my expectations. The website was simple to navigate. Easy to write the copy required for engraving. When I ordered my first Trophy from Brunel, I wasn't sure what to expect. Although it looked very nice on the screen, until you can hold it in your hands you really don't know what to expect till it arrives. I was absolutely delighted when just one week later my engraved Trophy arrived at my office desk. Packaged to ensure no breakage could occur during delivery I tentatively opened the box to reveal a much larger than expected trophy. 
It was absolutely beautiful. The Crystal is beautiful and the weight says something about the quality.
So thank you Brunel, I shall certainly come back to you next year when we hold our awards.

Wednesday 17th July heralded the inaugural SW!TCH ID Awards held in the London Borough of Redbridge. Young People, affectionately known as SW!TCHers, SW!TCH partners and Dignitaries gathered together at Ilford Town Hall to eagerly await the results of the first Annual Awards. SW!TCH Awards were sponsored by LifeLine through a grant from the Redbridge Community Fund, and serve to highlight the fantastic achievements, commitment and contribution of young people to their community.

We needed some trophies that would look impressive and also communicate how much we valued the young people. Our budget wasn't big but Brunel coporate glass awards were perfect and at the right price!.

The engraving service enabled us to personalise the awards with our logo and looked so professional. I was a bit nervous about them arriving and not being happy with the look but the 'proof' service put my mind at ease.

Being able to add a presentation box and get a speedy delivery still within our budget was great. Service was quick and the online form was easy to use.

We ordered our first award with Brunel Trophies, and were saddened when it arrived broken in transit. I telephoned Brunel, who immediately arranged for another identical one to come out to us as soon as possible. This replacement award arrived today, and we were very happy with it. Heavy and sturdy but really smooth, it feels very high quality. We are happy with the award itself, but more than that, happy with the customer service received when there was a problem that needed a solution. We have now purchased 2 more awards today. Would recommend.

I searched the web looking at various designs from other companies,the one i kept going back to was from Brunel it ticked all the boxes.
I placed my order and requested to view the finished article prior to authorising, they mistakenly showed me a different sample and phoned me to inform me of this stating that they would amend the engraving and e-mail it again, there was still an ever so slight error which i brought to their attention, this was fixed and another sample sent to me which was exactly what i required so i authorised the order.
I received my order 3 days later (excluding Sunday) and i am most impressed with it, being of sentimental value to me it looks the part, other members of my family have looked in awe at the product and commented on it's worth.
If need be i will certainly use Brunel's services again, their help and advice by either e-mail or telephone was second to none.

We used Brunel Trophies and Awards for the first time last year with excellent results and we didn't even look around this year we just came straight back.

Everyone I spoke with was always very helpful, and they exceeded my expectations by having a colleague call their supplier while I was on the phone to try to source the trophies we used the first year which had been discontinued. Unfortunately they couldn't get enough so we had to choose a new design but we're very pleased with this year's awards and actually prefer them to the ones from last year!

The website ordering did take a little getting used to, but once I thought about it everything was very logically set out. I just had the occasional question while filling it in and was able to get a very quick answer. This year when I ordered everything just made sense and I didn't have any trouble at all.

I got immediate confirmation of my order, and most importantly everything was delivered in perfect condition and on time and now looks great in our awards cabinet.

At short notice I was asked by our squash team to obtain trophies for the winners of our doubles tournament. Not having any knowledge of what to purchase I googled trophies and came across Brunel Engraving. Having obtained their address I visited their works and their helpful staff guided me as to the type of trophies my budget could buy with the required engraving. I placed my order with them and had the artwork emailed to me the same day, I emailed back to say that the engraving was correct and within 3 working days the 2 trophies were ready. Our squash team were delighted with the quality of glass and the expert engraving.

Decanters arrived very quickly, more so considering proximity of Xmas and the finished article and service was way above our expectations.

I ordered two tumblers with an engraving. Their staff were very helpful on the phone. We sent the image and the tumblers arrived the following day. They are a retirement present. I am delighted by the quality of the product and the service.

Having e-mailed Brunel before placing my order they were very quick to reply answering all my questions. After sending details (including artwork) they sent me a proof for acceptance. I needed to change the image/text slightly but within a day the reworked artwork was sent back. This time the suggestions that I made were taken into account and the artwork approved. The order was made up and despatched within the next 5 days. I have already recommended Brunel to my colleagues who use this sort of service regularly and can't speak highly enough of the experience.

I ordered a paperweight as a special award for someone in the club.

We searched the high street and the internet for a very special gift for our guests at our Golden Wedding celerbration party. We chose Brunel. They were first class from start to finish.
The design team emailed me sketches of all the different designs we were deciding between so it was easy to chose the one we liked best.

I run the veterans section at my golf club & needed trophies for our annual wards. Martyn and the team took the time to get our complex order (12 trophies of all sizes) and engraved each with winner with no typos. I was happy & will use them again.

I ordered an engraved glass at the last minute late on a Wednesday night and telephoned Brunel on the Thursday morning. They were very helpful and the glass arrived on the Friday morning in good time for the birthday party on the Sunday. The staff were extremely helpful and the quality nof the glass and engraving excellent. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

I purchased 2 engraved glass 'star' trophies with an identical logo but differing text from Brunel Trophies. Having shopped around on the internet I was impressed by their professional site, sensible prices and the ability to upload images for conversion and specify what was required, all through an online form. The trophies arrived rapidly and while 'only' glass, look the part! I would definitely recommend them to others and would certainly consider using their business again. The only very very minor detail, was that it would have been nice if they had been polished before boxing to remove fingerprints and fibres.

I ordered three trophies and 91 medallions (all engraved) from Brunel Trophies on 17 July and they were delivered on 24 July a one week turn around.

They are fantastic quality and the engraving could not be bettered.

They are great value for money and Brunel Trophies a great company to deal with.

I rang Brunel with a request that i didn't think was possible. I had been let down on an order i had placed with another company and needed 12 corporate glass awards for a awards ceremony the next evening. The staff were only to happy to help and seemed to go out of their way to find a brilliant alternative to what i wanted.

I received the items the next day packed really well and they were perfect.
